I'm great! Haven't had any issues with my ankle since. I switched from running to doing more hiit from end of last year. I've also been pregnant since Feb so hiit has been off limits but I've managed moderate paced 3-5k runs to keep active. Thanks for the physio. Urbanrehab definitely helped a lot!
Hi Nigel, Yes, thanks, still feeling a very slight resistance when I clench my fist, but functionally completely back to normal. The disfiguration of the middle finger is now almost completely corrected as well. Thank you very much for asking. That was very kind of you. Best wishes, Cathryn
