Jon is an established physiotherapist currently building on his previous degree in Exercise & Sports Science from Edith Cowan University, Australia, and focusing his interest through pursuing the Masters of Clinical Physiotherapy (Musculoskeletal) from Curtin University, Australia. He is licensed with the Allied Health Professional Council and has extensive postgraduate training in chronic pain science, clinical orthopaedic manual therapy, bodywork therapy, dry needling, sports taping and exercise rehabilitation science. He is certified with DMA Clinical Pilates Australia and Body Arts and Science International USA and has 10 years of Pilates teaching experience.

Before joining Urban Rehab, Jon has built a robust knowledge base through his time in various hospitals (SGH, NUH, KKH, Soldier performance centre), with in-depth exposures to Spine, Musculoskeletal, Sports and Orthopaedics conditions.

In practice, Jon applies an evidence-based approach when implementing treatment and exercise programmes and merges the knowledge of the most up-to-date research from all aspects of sports medicine, physiotherapy and exercise science. He hopes to get everyone moving stronger, smarter and pain free by way of an active lifestyle.

Outside work, he enjoys pilates, strength training, hiking and running. He is also an avid traveller and likes exploring new places.
